Parivartan Sandesh Foundation(PSF) provides an absolute caring approach by delivering extensive primary health care services to the most dispossessed and impoverished communities who doesn’t have a stable living and their socio-economic conditions doesn’t allow them to have a proper access to a regular medical checkup. PSF launch Mobile Health Unit in April-2013 to provide pre-primary health care services with free of cost medicine to residents of the most poverty-stricken slums of Delhi & NCR, aiming to offer a continuous care with our designated OPD cards having all the medical records of the patients.
The Mobile Health Unit covered 3 slums on alternate days in a week with vision to invest in health care to promote social well-being among entire population irrespective of their social and economic backgrounds.
From April-2015, PSF Charitable Dispensary was established to continue our #efforts and to serve the underprivileged people for Health & Survival by the name Indradhanush Charitable Dispensary. Areas where these dispensary are located are Nyaykhand-III, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad and we are providing below health care #services to underprivileged people and children.
Hepatitis B

We are glad to inform you that we have completed one year successfully and vaccinated 1002 from 1st April-2018 to 31 march -2019. These People are now safe from Hepatitis with the support of Indradhanush Charitable Dispensary, Nyaykhand-3 ,Indirapuram, Ghaziabad under project HEALTH RAINBOW. Hepatitis-B Vaccination- From April-2018, PSF launched this project to provide free vaccination of Hepatitis B to poor children & people. Team of PSF will ensures that every beneficiary get complete course as per medical guidelines for 3 doses of Hepatitis B vaccination on monthly gap.
Hepatitis B is a viral infection that attacks the liver and can cause both acute and chronic disease. It is a major global health problem, and the most serious type of viral hepatitis. Most adults who sufer from it, have it for a short time and then get better. This is called acute hepatitis B.
Sometimes the virus causes a long-term infection, called chronic hepatitis B. Over time, it can damage your liver. Babies and young children infected with the virus are more likely to get chronic hepatitis B.

At INDRADHANUSH CHARITABLE DESPANSARY, We provide complete primary health care needs to indigent population at all stages of life from infant to senior age with a prime focus on infants, children, pregnant women & senior citizen’s health care by facilitating free check-up & medicines under supervision of a MBBS Doctor. Awareness is the prime key to sort out the problem of hygiene & sanitation in order to prevent diseases like skin problems, teeth problem, stomach infection, chest infection diarrhea and other communicable disease. Our volunteer teaches the patients to use easily available & affordable resources in proper manner.
